The opportunity map, board-ready
Before you spend a dollar on tools, training, or builds, you need to know exactly where AI creates real value in your business — and where it doesn't. We assess your organization (or a focused business area) and hand back a prioritized AI Opportunity Map, a full business case with ROI projections and cost estimates, and a phased transformation roadmap you can take straight to the board. Three engagement formats, chosen to fit the scope of the question: a focused Discovery Sprint (days), a full-company Transformation Audit (weeks), and an optional Proof of Concept that produces a working prototype while the strategy is still being written. Our senior consultants translate business problems directly into working software, using AI-accelerated development to deliver MVPs in days rather than months. Enterprise: we work inside your existing governance, security, and procurement constraints. SMB / Scaleup: we build a modern AI-native stack clean from scratch. Training is the lowest-friction way to start working with us — and a serious business on its own. Three tiers, tuned to the audience: an Executive AI Briefing (2–4 hours, strategic, for the C-suite), our flagship AI Adoption Workshops (half-day to three-day, hands-on, for whole teams), and the AI Builder Program (technical upskilling for developers and engineering teams). What makes the difference is who stands at the front of the room: the same senior consultants and engineers who advise and build for clients the other 46 weeks of the year. You get live project experience — not last quarter's slides. Delivered in-person or remote, priced per workshop, scalable from one person to hundreds.

AI transformations fail when people don't change with them — and most don't. This is where we are most different from anyone else in this market: actual organizational psychologists, embedded in every engagement from day one, not consultants with a change-management certification. Psychology is dual-positioned: it's our operating philosophy across everything we do, and it's available as a standalone service for companies whose AI adoption has already stalled. When we come in on a rescue engagement, we almost always find that the technology needs rebuilding too — and we can fix both. No other AI consultancy in our markets has behavioral specialists built in from the start. It's the most defensible thing we do.

amAIzing Labs was built specifically to close that gap. We are a team of senior business consultants, frontier AI engineers, and organizational specialists — assembled because the AI transformation genuinely requires all three, working together, from day one.

The team exists because of a simple observation our founder Marian Grofcik made after years building and selling enterprise technology companies, and then spending significant time going deep into AI: the people who truly understand the business side rarely understand the technology, and vice versa. Almost nobody understands both.

That's what we set out to fix. Not by hiring generalists, but by finding the best in each discipline — and building a model where they work as one.
